L.C.S.O. 2026 GOALS

GOALS

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES FOR 2026

I would like to share something important with our community regarding the work we do at the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office. We are committed to continuous improvement, and that commitment means striving to be better each year by setting clear, measurable, and achievable goals.

For 2026, our Administrative Staff has identified fifteen specific goals designed to strengthen our organization and enhance the services we provide to both our community and the members of the L.C.S.O. These goals have also been shared with all personnel to ensure transparency, accountability, and a unified focus moving forward.
